When you visit the site we may collect limited technical data such as device and browser type and the pages you view, for operational and improvement purposes.

• To respond to join requests and contact messages.
• To notify you when the service launches and orders open.
• To operate the platform and improve its experience and quality.
• To protect the platform and its users and prevent misuse and fraud.
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• With restaurants or drivers where necessary to fulfil your order after launch.

1 Acceptance of terms

By using the Sarya website or services, or by submitting your details to us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the platform.

2 Nature of the service

Sarya is an intermediary platform that connects customers with restaurants and drivers to make ordering and delivering food easier. The platform is currently pre-launch and allows registering interest and joining. Sarya does not prepare food; the quality and safety of meals remain the responsibility of the restaurants.

3 User obligations

• Provide accurate, correct, and up-to-date information.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Do not misuse the site or attempt to harm it or its users.
• Keep confidential any login details you may be granted in the future.

4 Restaurants & drivers

On registering, a restaurant or driver confirms the accuracy of the details provided and that they meet the legal requirements needed to operate. Sarya reserves the right to review requests and accept or reject them without obligation to give reasons, in order to protect service quality and user safety.

5 Intellectual property

All platform elements, including the “Sarya” trade name, logo, design, and content, are owned by Sarya and protected under applicable law. They may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

6 Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Sarya is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, or for the quality of services provided by third parties such as restaurants and drivers.

7 Governing law & contact
